  • Support our team in many different areas in Africa and in the Middle East and with many different Customers with different tasks.
  • Participate in Commissioning and installation projects for many new lines in different Sites.
  • Securing the functional efficiency of the filling machine lines at the customer site, considering the commercial conditions supervise the team and provide guidance with Analysis reports and Root Cause Analysis to improve the performance of our production lines.
  • Support of the customer staff regarding technical problems.
  • Inspections, repairs, preventive maintenances or troubleshooting at customer site Demonstrate solid knowledge & understanding how related items work, as well as how to use different related tools (Pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanics, automation, instrumentation, controls, many different tools).
  • Preparation of technical reports and record any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department and follow up with them to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Installation of modifications when required.
  • Participate in developing the warehouse stock movement and ensure PM activities is going well with all needed spare parts and develop the strategy of consumption and orders to get better service result as it is one of our KPIs.
  • Recommended design changes, upgrades and replacements to improve systems performance.
  • Examined faulty equipment, interpreted reports and analyzed customer complaints to diagnose equipment malfunction.
  • Disassembled and reassembled complex machinery to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components.

  • Take the 1st Place in IRC and represent Egypt.

    • Won First Place in Egypt and represent Egypt Outside in the International Robotics Challenge (IRC) which was held in IIT Bombay and unfortunately get 9th Place in the world in the competition and awarded from IIT Bombay for participation.

  • Take the 2nd Place of Africa in SDC(Student Design Competition)

    • ASME Organization in British University of Egypt (BUE)

    Take the 2nd Place of Africa. in Student Design Competition in Student Professional Development Conference(SPDC) which was held in British University in Egypt.
    Take the best design engineer for our robot which participate in Student Design Competition in (SPDC).

  • Regional (ROV) Remotly Operated Vehicle Competition

    • Participate in that competition for 4 years and won the 2nd place once and 3rd place twice and won best pilot twice and best poster representing our robot and i was the Team Leader for 2 years.
