• As a customer service representative at AAIB, my mission is to answer questions about all the services the bank provides such as account types and what documents you should have to open an account
• In addition, providing banking products (such as CDs, investment products and credit cards and loans) to the customers through sales calls outside the bank or phone calls.

During my time as a Team leader at The Agency, my mission was to Direct the Telesales Team as they contact customers "American citizens" via the telephone and recommend to them medical equipment to help them live their life normally.

• During my time as telesales agent at Royal marketing solutions, my mission was Contacting 200+ customers daily and asking questions to understand their requirements to inform them about the product that we provide which may help them and that by using scripts.
