• Process and perform all request received from sales and services area related to new accounts & existing ones , various customer requests related to the bank products and services (opening accounts , handle existing accounts , handling Time Deposits & Certificate of Deposits).
• File and carefully maintain bank data , documents in an efficient and timely manner according to bank SOPs and manuals.
• Coordinate with retail operations , card center , branches , units or any other concerned departments to resolve any customer problems, complaints and queries
perform the operational functions related to cash area
including cash/non-cash transactions.
• Process all the bank transactions such as (withdrawals, deposits, cheques, transfers) in a timely manner.
• Perform all the ATM functions including replenishment of onsite ATM machines and reports any malfunctions.

• Creating Database for attendees via Excel.
• Schedule conference program according to presenters’ preferences on word document sheets.
• Uploading & editing documents, videos on Official website.
