This role involves being a catalyst for change and integrating sustainability programs and initiatives into all three pillars (economic, social, and environmental) to achieve the sustainability roadmap for BARQ Systems.

Business Pillar

• Develop sustainability project goals, objectives, or strategies in collaboration with other professionals.
• Working with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with business objectives.
• Facilitation and Mapping SFAs: Facilitated and mapped the Strategic Focus Areas (SFAs) of the CXOs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• SOP Development and Auditing : Responsible for developing, updating, and auditing SOPs to ensure they are effective. Collaborated with different stakeholders to enhance SOPs as needed.
• Manage data reporting and develop dashboards & data collection systems to show the sustainability performance across the SDGs that the company contributes to according to Global Standards (GRIs, SDGs, etc.)
• Devise strategies for modifying existing policies to integrate sustainability initiatives better.
• Conduct research into different sustainability plans to identify proper solutions and develop deployment plans.
• Teach employees, customers, and members principles and practices of Sustainable development goals, GRIs, and programs to enhance engagement and program success.
• Implement sustainability campaigns or marketing strategies /Employer branding activities and initiatives related to sustainability function.
• Assess existing sustainability approaches to identify areas that need greater engagement, improved efficacy, and cost reductions.

Social Pillar

• Managing innovation programes and running campaigns internally, automating the process, and helping employees with their ideas
• Lead the employer branding strategy to attract and keep top talent
• Design well-being programs for employees to spread awareness of Mental health
• Develop summer Internships & fresh graduate training programs to enable future pipeline " BARQ Academy Program" - increased number of graduates by 30% YOY.
• Creating programs for career transition and employee development
• Responsible for Employee engagement program.

Environmental Pillar

• Waste Management ( Electronic waste)
• Identify opportunities for green initiatives.
• Monitor sustainability indicators such as energy usage, waste generation, and recycling.
• Calculating company's footprint .

EGY, KSA, and UAE offices' procurement and shipping processes were under my supervision. I also worked closely with the sales team to make sure they adhere to the CRM and ERP cycle

was in charge of all regional procurement and logistics operations and contributed to the creation of the department's SOPs.

Oversaw the cycle of sales operations to process and carry out purchase orders from customers (including arranging for the PO to be placed with suppliers, shipment, and customer delivery).

Supervised and managed the entire importation process for car spare parts, including shipping and completing all the paperwork needed for customs clearance up to the consignment arrived at the warehouse.

I was in charge of managing every export shipment from beginning to end in this role.
