- Responsibilities taken: coordinate and direct all site works (earth works - piles work - precast / pre-stressed yard - site construction), coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate, oversee all on site and off site construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, required tools, materials and equipment, meet contract condition of performance, review the work progress on daily basis, plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any Emergency ones, ensure quality construction standard and those of proper construction techniques.
