ERP Implementation: Managing team of 1 Coordinator Engineer

• Responsible for the process from the beginning to scan the market for the available ERP systems
• The negotiation process and the contract finalizing
• Acting as PM for the project, to manage the relation between the company and the implementer, and the coordination with the company departments (Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Sales, Procurement , HR, Operation)
