
- We have created Talabat Radio to be an initiative to engage Talabat Dispatching team through our hard days in Covid-19.
- We focused on getting the team out of the work mood and listening to their thoughts and their funny stories.
-We had the opportunity to host a large number of influential people at Talabat Company, including employees and managers.
- We were creating the episode programs from scratch (The program, The agenda, The Hosts, The Audios, Ads, the topics + Questions, The games and tests, all entertainments, The Episode Titles, and Post designs).
- We were able to deliver over 60 Episodes Within 5 months .
- We set enhancement plans every week, so we were able to achieve 70% audience satisfaction.
-I had the opportunity to be one of those who laid the foundations and set the process
for the cash collection team and to work on this process and keep updating them to reach the proper process that is being worked on now.
-Mainly, our role was dependent on accounting and a well-thinking mindset.
- We were able to refund Talabat riders the wasted amount they paid for orders the customer didn't receive.
- The role depended on critical thinking and decision-making, so we could determine who will be charged with the "amount" and to whom the fault belongs.
- We were also dealing with the riders, the vendors, and the customers.
- We were reviewing the case scenario. Use our minds to determine the process we need to follow, and take the needed actions.
-We were Operating 24/7 handling a large number of Tickets daily to make sure we decreased the loss amounts talabat may pay every day.
- I had the opportunity to be one of the Engagement team in Talabat - Dispatching team.
- We were working on projects to enhance the idea of engagement in Talabat.
- We were able to work on surveys to collect new ideas from the dispatchers.
- We were able to create 12 Happy Hour sessions for the dispatchers.
- I was able to create 20 newspapers for the dispatching team to hold all the new announcements, rewards, and achievements each month.
- We are mainly working on the new hiring riders joining Talabat every day.
- We review their applications, validate their documents and personal information, and make sure they follow the correct state policies.
-After reviewing and validating, we are able to create an Active account for the rider on the system or application they use on a daily basis.
- We are dealing with the logistics team and the country managers.
- We are always working on projects and tasks that help us to make sure that the existing (the riders who are already activated) are constantly updating their invalid/expired documents , uploading the right information on the system .
- we're trying to keep the rider's information and documents updated and clear to make sure Talabat riders are following the country's right policies .
