- Manage design process all over project stages and coordination with consultants with BIM systems.
- Monitor project timeline, progress and deliverables and attend all coordination meetings.
- Manage engaging consultants “RFP” for all project requirements, scope, contracts and variation orders in all project phases "Concept, DD and IFC".
- Tracking project implementation, materials selection, suppliers list, invoices, shop drawings review and cost control.
- Follow up with design team and technical office on site to insure the “QC/QA” of projects.
- Coordination with development team for project strategy, market analysis, phases launching and prospects for coming projects.

Responsible for the planning, managing, directing, completion and coordination of all contractual requirements, design drawings, Project specifications.
Such responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Reporting Project Status Performance & Futuristic Developments through presentations prepared for the CEO Board meetings.
• Contracts Administration.
• Billings follow up.
• Payments Verification.
• Coordinating external Consultants, confirming all outputs are done to requirements and ensuring them being properly incorporated & processed in a timely manner.
• Addressing design challenges and evaluated alternative design models to meet project requirements.
• On/off Site Project Management.
• Project Coordination & Controls.
• Project Schedule Adherence.
• Payments Verification.

Development of New Cairo and North Coast Areas:

• Periodical Site Visits to coordinate Work progress, Monitor Performance and Report Variances (if existed).
• Handle and managing Mock-up units, design follow-up, quotations and pricing.
• Undertake Value engineering & Construction reviews during the various design stages & initiate corrective actions on any matters arising in.
• Document & Generate Regular Project Records.
• Handle the process of Preparation & Checkups done for the Project sold units prior to submissions with Clients through arranged procedures with the Sales & Customer Care Departments.
• Assist in Feasibility Studies.
• Use CAD softwares to meet design specifications for functional prototypes.
• Brainstorm with consultants and designers to implement and refine new real estate products.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define and document design requirements.
• Develop high-quality engineering designs and plans to meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate successful project completion.
