I work as area manger in the mortgage
finance sector of the Qnb bank And work on financing target the existing customer portfolio, Adding new clients who wish to obtain mortgage financing , To buy apartments, villas or chalets and also work initiatives and financing government units, as well as financing for investment in commercial or administrative units , Also working in partnership with real estate developers and brokers to provide units that meet the needs of customers.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers , identifying opportunities for business growth and resolving customer complaints.

Working as a customer portfolio manager, I also have a target of selling banking services and products to meet customer requests (personal loans, car loans, purchase cards, and also life insurance).

• Assist customers in their everyday banking needs; withdrawals,deposits, currency, exchange, etc.
• Accept and process cash deposits to opened accounts (current,saving, checking, overdraft, GL). Prove cash entirely
• Check the received cash/cheques for forgery and soundness andreport the cases to the Head of Operations.
• Exchange foreign currinecies to the established dealer rates. Provecurrencies entierly.
• Follow the related procedures and policies concerning cash operationsand checks withdrawal.
• prepare the required monthly and quarterly permeant supervision reports.

Responsible for foreign doctors files , From the beginning and before their arrival, we follow up on completing their papers, receiving them, arranging their accommodation reservations, and also coordinating with the various departments in the academy, whether educational or financial, And work on following up with them until they finish their academic work and travel.
