As a seasoned cultural heritage management specialist, I bring over a decade of expertise to the table, with a keen focus on international cooperation and sustainable socio-economic development. My career has been marked by significant contributions to heritage management and consulting, where I have honed my skills in developing interpretation strategies, conducting research studies, and overseeing field implementations. My proficiency extends to marketing, museum curation, and project management within the cultural heritage sector.
My recent tenure as a cultural heritage and site management specialist at the prestigious World Heritage Site of Giza Plateau, Memphis, and Historic Cairo in Egypt stands as a testament to my capabilities. There, I managed a diverse array of projects encompassing ancient Egyptian necropolises, medieval markets, and modern settlements, all within the bustling city of Cairo where heritage is an integral part of daily life. This experience, coupled with my previous roles in both the public and private sectors, working with leading consultancy firms and technical offices on Egyptian and regional projects, has solidified my reputation in the field.
In 2023, I embraced a new challenge by joining the Soudah Development Company in Abha, KSA. This strategic mega project, backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is not only a pioneering project in the region but also one of the Kingdom's few strategic national projects. My commitment to cultural heritage management continues to drive my professional journey, as I contribute to projects that shape the narrative of our shared history and future.
