

An active agricultural science. graduate from the food industry department, looking forward to work with in international organization (FAO , codex,GSO..etc) with the ability to utilize each aspect I learned to make full use of in my work, dependable and able to work in a team, sharing opinions and thought’s about any problem, able to learn or use any cutter edge technology to perform the necessary to get the task full done.

- Organizing the Near East Coordination Committee, chaired by Egypt from 2001 to 2003, which convened in the Arab Republic of Egypt in March 2003, in cooperation and coordination with the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
- Participating in the implementation of Resolution 42/2005 for developing factories in accordance with Egyptian standards and identifying the most significant challenges to their implementation.
- Participating in the project to amend Egyptian standards and evaluate their provisions into basic requirements and descriptive criteria in 2002, in cooperation and coordination with the Chamber of Food Industries.
- Participating in the project to harmonize Egyptian standards with international standards (2005-2011).
- Coordinating the project to develop the five-year plan for the General Administration of Standards (2013-2017). - Member of the Dairy Development Project Team in accordance with European legislation (2009-2011)
- Member of the project team for developing the Egyptian standard specification "Safety Standards for Milk and Dairy Products 7135/2010 in light of European legislation."
- Team leader for developing the guidance manual for milk and dairy products.
- Organizing meetings and workshops for the Egyptian Codex Committee from 2001-2015 as a member of the Technical Secretariat of the Egyptian Codex Committee.
- Participating in the legislation issued by the National Food Safety Authority regarding trans fatty acids.
- Participating in the legislation issued by the National Food Safety Authority regarding the handling of oils unfit for human consumption.
- Applying for the position of Director General of the Food Standards Department at the Authority and submitting proposals and projects related to time management, disseminating a culture of standards and quality, and development.
- Participating in issuing more than 265 standards in the areas of work as a technical secretariat for committees (Shelf Life, Oils, Fish, Veterinary Drugs, Soil Quality, and Beverages).
- Preparing a project proposal for a study. Food stability under different storage conditions.
- Preparation of a proposal to develop specifications for black seed oil.
- Preparation of a proposal to develop a national plan for the development of extra virgin olive oil.
- Completion of a training course in Total Quality Assurance (TQA) in 2009 in Egypt.
- Completion of a training course in Total Quality Management (TQM) in 2009 in Egypt.
- Completion of a training course in Internal Auditing (ISO 9001) in 2010 in Egypt.

- Headed the Egyptian delegation participating in the meetings of the Codex Alimentarius Commission on Veterinary Drug Residues in 2016, 2018, 2021, and 2023 in the United States.
- Headed the Egyptian delegation participating in the meetings of the International Committee - Member of the Codex Alimentarius Commission on General Principles in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015 in France.
- Head of the Egyptian delegation participating in the meetings of the Near East Coordination Committee, Sixth Meeting, in Tunis, 2011.
- Member of the Egyptian delegation participating in the meetings of the Codex Alimentarius Commission on Oils and Fats in 2017, 2019, and 2021 in Malaysia.
- Member of the Egyptian delegation participating in the meetings of the Codex Alimentarius Commission in 2013, 2015, and 2022 in Rome, Italy.
- Member of the Egyptian delegation participating in the meeting of the African Coordination Committee in 2013.
- Representative of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the Committee on Fisheries and Fisheries Products of the African Standards Organization (ARSO) from 2021 to the present.

- Presenter and Chair of a session at the International Food Safety Meeting. Held in South Africa in October 2022.
- 12- Training course on best practices for participation in the Codex Alimentarius Commission meetings in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 16-17 October 2022.
- To attend the training course on aflatoxin sampling protocols, scheduled to be held from 11-12 September 2023 in Lilongwe, Malawi.
- To attend the workshop on capacity building to ensure the African Union's strategy to combat aflatoxins, scheduled to be held from 2-3 October 2023 in Osaka, Zambia.
