· Handling and organizing all the department common midterm & final exams through Oracle system starting from choosing dates, booking class rooms, distributing sections with proctors, labeling the exam envelopes. Organizing everything related to students with disabilities exams.

· Preparing the Department Academic Schedule and entering it on the system and arranging with other departments any course conflicts.

· Handling the text books requisition for courses offered every Academic year.

· Coordinating all the add & drop period starting from meeting students, studying their cases, checking all the waiting list students, raising capacities and override requests through Oracle system.

· Checking up all the requirements of the faculty members such as all the stationeries they need, their demands of the classrooms as changing to lecture capture rooms, their compensation forms, booking rooms for any meetings or events, all their make up or incomplete exams, etc.

· Preparing the yearly analysis teaching load for the faculty members.

· Arranging all the department meetings and events

· Coordinating the head of the department calendar.

· Receiving all the department phone calls and answering all inquiries needed to be clarified.

· Filing hardcopies and soft copies for all the department documents such as the Banner & detailed grades, Incomplete grades, etc.
