• Overseeing all employment branding strategies
• Undertake and implement Employer Branding and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion
• Infuse soul/human element into all communications to demonstrate authenticity with employees and attract talent
• Set up and manage online marketing programs to promote job openings and career opportunities at _VOIS
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with employer branding trends, as well as trying to predict future trends to ensure market advantage
• Act as Subject Matter Expert by providing the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business
• Collaborating with Corporate Affairs on the establishment of partnerships with Egyptian public sector, Training/Upskilling Affiliates, UN Agencies, Universities and private entities
• Collaborating with HRBPs & Senior Managers on the formulation of _VOIS EG CSR Strategy and KPIs - additionally monitoring, and measuring the implementation of CSR plans, and their ROI in alignment with SDGs Targets and Egypt 2030 Plan
Planning Activities for _VOIS Global:
• Owner of the formulation and implementation of the Youth Strategy Framework across all _VOIS Centers
• Owner of the formulation and implementation of the CARE Business Employer Branding Strategy
• Cross-functionally working with Vodafone Group on the enhancement of our global Candidate Experience Journey and establishment of Candidate feedback database
• Cross-functionally working with Vodafone Group on the establishment of global youth EVP
• Establishing digital platforms for a more dynamic interaction with external market and brand market placement
Training Activities:
• Delivering Vodafone Business Strategic Training
• Delivering Vodafone Spirit Cultural Strategy Training
• Delivering Leadership Training
Key Activities:
• Focal point for all L&D related matters and decision making in alignment with Senior Manager
• Creating training programmes that are aligned with business objectives
• Managing Yearly L&D Budget and allocations
• Building relationships with 3rd party training providers and internal HR L&D Department
• Taking initiatives to support the enhancement of the L&D Planning, executions and measure RO
• Consult and propose new L&D directions that help employees’ upskilling for potential business expansions
• Transform internal ways of working to elevate quality of service across all service lines
• Generate best practices for potential improvements across all service lines
Key Activities:
• Ensure the delivery of Vodafone Business solutions to our global enterprise clientele through the effective and efficient initiation, planning, monitoring, control, implementation and close out of projects.

• Review of Initiated Projects with Sales and Account Management with clients prior to implementation to ensure clients receive suitable solutions for their businesses
