- Gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

- Implementing process improvements for efficient project deliver.

- Implementing KPIs for improving project delivery speed across different teams

• Coordinate with the team to develop technical plans for new hires
• Serve as the contact between the department, HR and IS Business Partner for the new hires.
• Conduct onboarding reviews and act upon it.
• Provide feedback to the management on the attitude and skills of the new hire during their first months
• Follow up with the new hires to ensure smooth onboarding and no blocking in their first months.

• Support BW issues for Valeo Service in all divisions
• Implement new technologies and concepts to enhance support tickets
