In SPCC as Plant General Director

Leading for Operational Excellence initiatives inside TCP which is leading to the following results

  • 1- Increasing Kiln 3 production from 5000 T/day to 5400 T/day
  • 2- Decreasing of SHC from 760 to 735 Kcal / Kg clinker
  • 3- Decreasing SPC from 115 to 111.5 Kw/ Ton Cement as per SEEC stander
  • 4- Generating Database system (online update) for QC system and reports which supporting team to improve Clinker Quality from C3s 51.8 to 53.8 and willing for more

In SCC as General Maintenance Manager

Design and implementation for CMMS "Computerized Maintenance Management System" friendly use by using Google sheets for managing tasks registering and spares issuing, approvals and for material ordering control and inventory condoling.

  • Reducing depending on external service contractors in maintenance tasks and improving depending on team resources.
  • Reducing equipment downtime and improving equipment availability and reliability as result for applying efficient CMMS.

In RWCC as Preventive Maintenance Manager

  • Made a modification in sand mill process lop leading to save around 750KEGP per year in system operational cost.
  • Complete Rehabilitation of plant utilities systems (Fuel water and compressed air networks) in Cleopatra Plant.
  • Make a pyro-process study for Royal plant and Cleopatra plant to overcome process bottle necks to improve clinker production line productivity and reduce Kcal/ton and Kw/ton parallel to improving of equipment readability and availability and reducing down times and repetitive failures.

  • Commissioning of cement production line, 6 lines of cement plants 2 Lines Upgrade in Helwan CC Cairo Egypt from 2002 to 2005, 2 Lines in AUCC – Libya – 1 Line SVCC Bani Sweif Egypt – 1 Line HCC Hail Cement Plant - Hail - KSA
  • Commissioning of 2 lines of Cement Grinding and dispatch (Arabian Cement Company ACC in Egypt with RHI 2010.
  • Construction of one line (AUCC Libya line2)
  • Working with 5 types of Raw Mills (Central Discharge Mill, Air Swept Mill, VRM 3 Rollers Atox Mill FLS, VRM 3 Rollers Gebr Pfeiffer Mill MPS 4500 and MPS 5300), Loesche VRM 56.4.
  • Working with 6 Generations of Clinker Coolers (Rotary Cooler Coolax Grate Cooler from FLS, Cross Bar Cooler from FLS Multi-Movable Cross-Bar cooler, Pyro-floor Cooler KHD, IKN Cooler)
  • Working with 4 Designs of cement Mills
  • Working with 4 Designs of packers (3 generations from Ventomatic and one from Haver & Pocker)
