In my Role as Engagement Specialist - GSK Egypt is ensuring effective and efficient External Engagements with our customers including HCPs and HCOs, then as an Events Specialist, will be responsible on end-to-end process of 200+ annual HCO/HCP engagement in compliance with LOC SOPs and in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
Researching and identifying prospective suppliers/venues Liaising with procurement to get best service with best quality for all events, after that after ensuring this point we go for supporting specific core HCP/HCOs engagement processes for aligned BUs according to planned operational activities
Engages HCP/HCOs and External Experts (EE) within local and cross-border activities including but not limited to Speaker Programs, Advisory boards, Consultancies, HCO sponsorships etc.) efficiently and in compliance with all relevant local SOPs and legal/regulatory requirements for contracting, payment, financial disclosure, etc.
Delivery of operational activities to support specific BU aligned EE engagements
Supporting a culture of continuous process improvements through regular end to end process reviews
Maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards
Ensure events closure and payments to HCP/Os and EEs are paid on time in accordance to GSK payment processes.
Utilizing existing systems tools and ways of working to enable effective, consistent and compliant delivery of HCP/O and EE Engagement (in conjunction with all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to LOC Engagement Manager, Business Owners, iHub and VEM team, etc).
Support corporate internal events (ex: annual cycle meetings, internal launch events, SF training, etc)
Ability to understand complex IT solutions and systems (ex: Veeva Event Management, iHub, etc.)
