• Perform sound credit assessment and monitoring of assigned accounts using the strictest standards to maintain a high quality portfolio, adequate controls and abidance to CPG and CBE directives.
• Develop tailored financial corporate products & services offered to respective portfolio clients, based on the set overall accounts strategy that effectively addresses their financial needs and requirements to ensure optimal service provision, client satisfaction and ongoing market leadership
• Develop strong knowledge and awareness of the assigned industries portfolio to ensure quality financial analysis and write ups.
• Enhance utilization of the approved facilities and ensure activation of the newly approved ones.

• Maintain an updated file for all the assigned clients approved facilities, terms & Conditions as well as applied pricing, fees and commissions, ensuring full understanding of the different facility structures.

• Continuously maintain an updated status of all the required supports for the approved facilities of the assigned accounts.

• Daily monitor customers’ positions in light of the approved facilities and review daily balance of all assigned clients and initiate the appropriate transfers/bookings to cover overdrawn accounts based on understanding of the customer’s facilities, limits, documentation and supports pertaining to each line.

• Issue all required reports, such as O/S Direct & Contingent, FS loan Loss, FCY Tracking, FCY sold, etc

• Communicate and coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure the implementation of the clients requirements based on the approved facilities/ services.

• Provide customers with basic information on all Bank’s products/services to increase Customer awareness & ensure a high level of quality service.
• Achieve assigned targets/volume/attrition/x-sell/deep-sell for the branch in both assets and liabilities to ensure that targets are met through walk-in, relationship building and depending of existing customer base and companies as well as new to bank clients in a transparent & ethical way.
• Track customers’ inflows and outflows and contact customers to seek information on reasons for unexpected patterns/behaviors to maintain better -quality service level and meet set budgets.
• Prepare the daily sales report (DSR) including sales activities and call reports, share it with supervisor and branch head to track sales performance achievement versus budget and work on alternative plans when needed.
• Introduce and promote alternate channels to customers to reduce traffic in branches to support achieving the digital offloading strategy.
