  • Managed Construction works for the second Lagoon in SLNC Resort, Lagoon 1, with a total cost of 52,000,000.00 L.E. ($2,600,000.00), a total water surface area of 18,500.00 square meters, and 15,0000.00 square meters of surrounding landscape. Starting from the Earth Works to completion, testing and commissioning.
  • Managed Filling procedures, Operation and Maintenance for Lagoon 2, with a total water volume of 49,500.00 cubic meters, and 26,000.00 square meters of water surface area. Opened Lagoon 2 for public in June 2022, led to a highly successful first season that exceeded clients and stakeholders expectations. This success strategically contributed to achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Managed Construction of the first Lagoon project in SLNC Resort, Lagoon 2, with a cost of 65,000,000.00 L.E. ($3,600,000.00), a total water area of 26,000.00 square meters, and 20,0000.00 square meters of surrounding landscape. Starting from Earth Works to completion, testing and commissioning.

B. SLNC Club House Swimming Pool:
