• Performance of sales department.

• Comparing the actuals sales to the KPIs.

• Analyzing the factors affecting the sales performance, variances, and deviations.

Decision making:

• Supporting the following departments in adjusting their strategy:

o Marketing department o Sales department o Decision support department

Reporting:

• Creating monthly reports stating the sales performance regarding specific KPIs to the marketing department.

• Reporting directly to the CEO on a weekly basis regarding the performance of sales across the Enterprise department.

• Reporting to the head of department and the managers of sales on a weekly basis, monthly basis the actual performance against plan, explaining the variances and deviations.

• Forecasting the end of week and the end of the month KPIs through data provided by sales and marketing departments.

• Produce monthly business reports to evaluate the performance of the sales channels, identify, and recommend actions to management to ensure KPIs performance achievement.

• Recommend actions to improve performance.

• Quantity surveying in the Tender department for 2 Months

• Site technical office (act as Technical office manager) in the following projects:

o Water Tank 10,000 m3. o

MSEW Project with amount 17M EGP. o Infra-Structure Project (Telecommunications, repairing manholes, street gullies, and surface box) with amount 2.5M EGP.

o Repairing and Construction project (Repairing walls, Building parking area, and Concrete barriers) with one million EGP.

o MSEW project with amount 60M EGP.

• Site Technical office at AL-Jazzi Mall with 212M EGP.

Responsible for:

Generating the invoices of the sub contactors and the developer.

Generating the site drawings.

Mentoring the projects timelines.

coordinating with all project team to completing the tasks on time and with quality.
