• Act as a trusted advisor for senior managers and leaders. Build the business partner relationship with management and key staff. Understand the business, goals, challenge and help to address issues accordingly.
• Work on and drive the People Plan for the assigned business units within different countries in the MENATI region, with a focus on KSA, UAE and Kuwait, for both Blue Collars and White Collars, in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership, and by staying true to the guiding principles and values of the business and country priorities.
• Translate business requirements into a strategy that resolves issues related to future needs. Develop a coherent and persuasive strategy and build a compelling business case for major initiatives.

• Manage contingent staff life-cycle projects in full, from recruitment to exit stage, through multiple workforce suppliers, in the MENATI region, using SAP SuccessFactors as a VMS, i.e.: proper supplier/s selection for the relevant project, managing timeline of the project as per the assigned deadlines, onboarding and Visa process, mobilizing, disciplinary succession planning ,actions , performance management, exit process….etc.”

• Rate consultation and management to make sure the cost control measures are followed and applied as per the defined strategy.

• Fully manage the manpower suppliers’ issues with the business i.e: billing resolution, conflict resolution whether with the workers or the clients, costing revision and correction wherever needed & full management to ensure accuracy and cost control.
• Manage the delivery of the annual review & bonus cycle for the assigned BUs, in full (pay analysis , revising increase percentages and calculation in connection to the performance reviews, handle all relevant communications with the management and the employees ...etc)
• Provide guidance on relevant legislations per country and make sure the business is fully compliant.
• Ensure the Local labor law practices are followed by the business wherever applicable,
i.e : end of service calculations or any cost calculations in general , separation/termination process , malpractices...etc .

• Manage employee relations issues in full for the assigned BUs, conducting thorough investigations and providing resolutions and coaching managers to effectively deal with employee relations matters.
• Act as an advisor to line managers in order to educate them and minimize risk, ensuring compliance with the local law and company policy throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Communicate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk to the organization.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of employees across UAE, MEC, Israel, South Africa, Turkey, leading a team of 2 members, with a direct responsibility for approximately 1050 employees and 450 Business sponsors.

- Provide support and guidance of the exit cycle for the resigning employees within the assigned timeline .

- Validate all the expired contracts and setting a renewal plan in accordance with the finance team based on the available budgets.
- Revise the cost sheets provided from manpower suppliers to make sure it’s mapped with the available budget, whether it be related to hiring a resource or terminating an existing resource.
- Facilitate and resolve any issues the employees are facing with their labor broker.
- Monitor the tracking of vacation and ensure accurate vacation settlement by end of year.
- Regularly communicate the privacy, compliance, policy updates…etc, to ensure employees’ awareness.
- Update employees on their Compensation plans and FY Targets according to their roles.
- Review the monthly report to make sure we have accurate information on the system mapped to our headcounts.
