Throughout my academic journey, I was highly active and took on leadership roles as a representative for my colleagues, volunteering in various clubs and activities. I enjoyed being involved in university life, which helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. After graduation, I transitioned into the field as a Site Engineer to gain hands-on experience in construction and engineering. This experience enhanced my ability to manage tasks, coordinate teams, and solve problems on-site. Along the way, I honed my leadership skills, such as decision-making and conflict resolution, which enabled me to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams. Passionate about continuous growth, I pursued a master's degree in construction management to further expand my management skills and stay up to date with industry best practices. This combination of practical site experience and academic knowledge has strengthened my ability in work.
