Additionally, it explains the concept of Agile methodology and how its various applications differ from traditional project management methods.with practical application using MS Project.

The program was held at Sohag, South Valley, and Aswan Universities.

As part of the ministry's middle management development program aimed at performing job responsibilities professionally, the Project Management course was included among a large number of administrative courses. The course aims to equip employees with the essential skills for managing small projects. Consequently, the program focused heavily on:
