A) Office Work:
1.Gathering data:
- With the operation supervisor, gather and validate daily drilling data (blast holes, GC holes, probe holes, weep holes, and explorations).
- Cleaning and analysis of data
- Input of data into the working systems
- QAQC reports collection each day and comparison with reported drilling meters.
2. Monitoring and claims for revenue:
- Make monthly, weekly, and daily revenue calculations
- Create daily claims for all drilling activity and send them to the client
3. Cost control:
- tracking the usage of drilling equipment
- Measuring the lifetime of drilling equipment
- Tracking cost per meter on a daily or monthly basis
- Send a report to the provider detailing any immature failures and any warranty claims
4. Client Communications:
- Daily communication with the client representative discussing the drilling claims in order to reach an understanding and obtain approval
5. Reporting:
- A daily update on drilling
- Report on daily revenue
- Reports on drilling tools and cost control are included in the daily RDT report
- Drilling stock report every day
- Weekly project report (WPR)
- Drilling report every month
- RDT reports every month
- Actual meters that were drilled and reported meters are reconciled each month
- B) Field Work:
- Tracking the drilling rig operators' work and progress to ensure that the client receives drilled shots of the highest quality.
- Monitoring the use of oil and fuel by drilling rigs, as well as how they travel from shot to shot.
- Monitoring and analyzing production data in order to detect and optimize production processes
- Working with other departments, such as geology and maintenance, to guarantee smooth operations and timely project completion
- Inspections of equipment and machinery on a regular basis to ensure that they are in good working order and performing optimally.
