- Monitoring all operation purpose related to operation and planning also planners who is working under my responsibility also yard gangs all labors in whole terminal also monitoring Dispatching ,Yard , Vessels Equipment Control all that with by using CTMS computer system for container Terminals.
- Using in depth knowledge of skills / experience levels of his team to assign work as appropriate.
- Ensures that operational priorities are met as directed with company instructions.
- Ensures sufficient cover in the office at all times.
- Responsible for ensuring planning standards are continuously improved.
- Be a focal point for all container yard ,vessel planning issues at all times.
- Regularly reviews & audits the planning process and procedures.
- Meets with the operations system users on regular basis to
- jointly develop training initiatives, scenarios & benchmark testing tools.
- Be a focal point for berthing yard strategy planning to ensure delays are eliminated.
- Works closely with the operations system users to develop improved use of available technology.
- Handles additional duties as & when required.
- coordinate with shipping lines to berth Vessels in their window .
- be assure that all data such as EDI MOVINS and loading lists are correct to meet our system needs to can upload on our system smoothly,
- be assure that planning team make loading discharging plan and suitable sequence to execute maximum moves in short time.
