*Responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:-

  • Book Reservations for the Hotel as assisting customers with booking hotel rooms, interact with customers in person, online, and over the phone to answer questions, make suggestions, and book reservations.
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients.
  • Upsell the hotel product in order to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Job Description :-

  • Hire and organize everyone needed to help stage an event. That includes security guards, concession stand workers, ushers and people to help set up and clean when an event is finished. Sometimes, events executives handle marketing duties, and sometimes they handle the marketing themselves.


- Principal Duties and Responsibilities :-

  • Support the event planning, strategy and development to enrich the value proposition that Informa Markets provides.
  • Start the marketing for the Sponsors to get the funding for setting up the event.
  • Support the design of the Event experience, ensuring a high quality level of delivery in support of the Event's strategy and customer needs.
  • Develop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring after sales and customer service, collating feedback and incorporate in future events.
  • Build Event loyalty with customers in understanding both specific and wider market needs, feeding trends / issues back into the Event Manager as input to Event strategy.
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all elements of the Event are in alignment to set up for success.
  • At the Event, support the on-site delivery and setup, supporting logistics for exhibitors and team members.
  • Support the Event Director/Manager in overseeing the Event floorplan, managed by the Sales Operations team, escalating any strategic decisions where required.
  • Management of event websites.
  • Execution of e-newsletter.
  • Plan media advertising & management of magazine.
  • Support Marketing team on the publicity guide/order forms including :

*Correspondences to Exhibitors on the Marketing Guide for Exhibitors.

*Correspondences to Exhibitors to invite their VIPs, compile VIP Program lists and handover to marketing team.

iii) PI approval (either mail or hard copy) from each KAP

  • To communicate assigned customers on shipment.
  • To ensure updated and corrected PDC (Post dated cheques) statement for assigned customers which are on credit
    terms and send this statement two time in week to KAP.
  • To make visits to key customers to collect PDC and WHT on regular basis.
  • To ensure WHT statement once in F/N to KAP and follow up for collection.
