• Develop Technical Business Insights & decision support analysis that guide Top Management to increase network efficiency, enhance customer experience, maximize profitability & direct investments towards profitable investment (Profitability analysis, network sites prioritization, power investment…etc.)
• Explore new business opportunities and technology trends in the market, in alignment with the corporate directions, vendor roadmaps, market competition and regulatory environment to build a sustainable competitive advantage for Etisalat network
• Review & validate Technical Business Cases along with Commercial, Finance and Business owners in line with strategic and investment directions
• Develop Strategic KPIs & Dashboards and work closely with PMO team to impement & govern these KPIs to drive Technical teams to achieve Technical & Company targets
• Work closely with commercial decision support teams to monitor & analyze both technical & commercial KPIs (Revenue, Market Share, Gross adds, Churn, NPS, TRI
• M, Network KPIs, Customer Experience KQIs…etc.) to streamline technical activities towards enhancing these KPIs as well as find existing & new opportunities from Network side to support commercial to achieve & increase its revenue targets
• Build Network Automation & Digitalization function within Strategy team to enhance decision making process within top management layer throughout providing fast, accurate insights & reports on a timely manner
• Use Power BI in analysis, visualization and creating dashboards
• Manage Technology Support Function that is responsible for all communication, cooperation & coordination between Technical & Commercial in different streamlines (Yearly commercial forecast, Network rollout plans, Commercial plans & campaigns, Retail rollout plans)

• Plan, implement & evaluate Technical Strategic Trials/POCs and Business Readiness Tests for new technologies (5G live trial, LTE Launch, National Roaming, Active Sharing…etc.) across technical department and with Etisalat Group in coordination with concerned teams
• Govern the execution of technical strategies within technical using the following techniques;

1- Review all RFPs from Strategy prospective & ensure its alignment with Technical Strategy for 3-5 years plan

2- Develop strategic KPIs across Technical team to ensure implementation of Technical Strategies

3- Implement needed POCs/trials

• Control technical budget and ensure its alignment with Technical strategy & strategic directions through revising & prioritizing allocated budget to planning teams on a regular basis

1- Establish Technology Support Function that is responsible for communication, cooperation & coordination between Technical & Commercial in the following streams;

• Manage, Monitor & Control yearly commercial forecast and its regular updates for all services (Voice, Data, ICT& ISP) with commercial, Technical & Budgeting teams
• Plan, Manage & Coordinate with Commercial Technical yearly rollout plans, network performance and enhancements and special projects
• Manage all cross departmental forums/committee's between technical & commercial from Technical Side
• Manage all Retail channels rollout plans from Technical side
• End to End Events Handling to ensure full network readiness prior to the event
• Manage network readiness for all potential corporate accounts

2- Manage NTRA RFPs/coverage inquiries from Technical side and interface with other departments (Commercial, Regulatory, Finance…etc.) to provide all technical inputs & requirements in offering within defined timelines

• Manage a team of 5 engineers handling this vital function
• Work as PM from technical for all commercial products
• Assessment of all commercial products from technical side and provide E2E solution after aligning with Technical planning teams
• Implementation of commercial products on test nodes
• Coordinate the execution of UAT for each product with concerned teams and facilitate prolem resolution
• Handle launch activities with concerned teams fom Technical, IT & commercial
• Post assessment for Mega products
• Handle testing and acceptance of all types of terminals with vendors and commercial prior to its commercial launch and solve all detected issues
• Support in all terminals RFPs & RFQs
• Customization of terminals along with vendors according to commercial and technical requirements
• Monitor terminals vendor roadmaps to introduce new high technology terminals to the market

• Manage Radio planning outside Cairo team that consists of 13 team members
• Objectives setting, monitoring them closley to ensure achieving them within the pre-defined due dates
• Manage communication/coordination with internal/external departments to ensure achieving department’s objectives & to fully aligned with company’s strategies
• Cost control to ensure full alignment with allocated budget
• Manage Huawei as an Etisalat vendor responsible for network KPIs in outside Cairo area (turn key project)

• Supervise a team of four engineers
• Manage to build, coach and develop a new team with one experienced and three fresh engineers
• Empowering the team to unleash the power inside them, foaster them to release their creativity and talent so they can do their job effeciently
• Managing conflict within the team and with other teams
• Managing team resources
• Evaluating employees performance against their objectives

• Familiar with Huawei Radio Base Stations (2G/3G), Platforms (M2000, LMT)
• Participate in RFPs for indoor repeaters & Drive test services
• Radio Network Planning using Planet and Atoll Planning Tool
• Radio Network Dimensioning (Radio Sites)
• Indoor Design using different methodologies (DAS, Leaky Feeder Fiber)
• Repeater Design (Outdoor/Indoor)
• Radio network drive test using TEMS Invetigation
• Resposible for ordering radio equipment (RBSs, Antennas, Leaky Feeders…) for one year
• 3G Network Planning using Atoll planning tool & Monte Carlo simulation

• Installation and Commissioning Alcatel RBSs for Mobinil Network
• Hardware Troubleshooting
