Previously and in between the period of 2007-2019, I took several complex roles and responsibilities within Mobile Services (MS) Networks, IT, Cloud (IT&C) & Business Process Operations (BPO), Network Design & Optimization (NDO) within multiple Ericsson customers units in Middle East (Ex: Etisalat, ZAIN, MTN, Vodafone) in countries Egypt, Jordan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran & Turkey with strong exposure in Managed Services contracts phases from engagements to delivery of network operation centers and field services. Over a year interesting experience as Acting Chief Operating Officer for Roshan Afghanistan Managed Services account.
