* Textiles merchandiser who handle brands accounts with full responsibility starting from pricing new collections until shipping stage and deliver to their branches as well .

* Including working on fabric structure, prints quality , all accessories details , model approvals and production , garment inspection and requested packaging and shipping .

* I handled 12 accounts during this year and half , for example " Zara Home , Bershka , Stradivarius , CK , Braantex , Colin's , Loft , Lefties , Carrefour , ..... "

* I worked on all paterns and styles as well for example " Boxers , Pyjamas , T-shirts , Jogging trousers , Tank tops , .... "

Most of my customers were in Spain , France & Turkey and all my customers were export .

* While this year I took accessories purchasing responsibility for all the customers from all over the world

Including sewing trims and packaging trims :

Sewing trims like " buttons , tapes , care labels , woven labels , metal labels , zippers , appliques , snaps , ........ "

Packaging trims like " clips , poly bags , cartons , alarms , pins , ..... "

* I worked with all textiles accessories suppliers even if through their systems or via normal communication though e-mails .

* Also I was developing to discover and add new suppliers with less prices and better qualities and offer them to the customers to add to their nominated list .

* Most of my customers were from " Poland , France , Spain " and all of them were export as well .

* Example for the customers " Devred , Reserved , Celio , Very Wear , Burton , CDS , Guess , River Woods , Ochnik , Vistula , Bytom , Massimo Dutti , Pierre Cardin , Benetton , Zara , ...... "

* I took a training to be a good user in SAP before starting in work .

* we are handling the accounts with all customers requests through SAP , including production , invoices and shipments as well .

* I handled Egypt customers between normal zones and free zones for a year starting from June 2019 until August 2020 .
* They were 53 customers between small and major customers , this duration learned me how to mange my time and power
as well to serving all of them and get their satisfied even if they had a small business with Coats .

* Example for Egypt Customers " Delta , Swiss Garment , Swiss Cotton , Concrete , Emessa , Crystal , Giza , Wagdy Momen , T&C ....... "

* Starting from August 2020 until this moment I'm handling Indian Customers in Jordan .

* This is the biggest area in my company which have 70% from our bussines value .

* Example for Jordan Customers " Classic , Pine tree , Mas , Needle Craft , Alpine , United Creation , .... "

Example for their brands " American Eagle , Under Armor , Target , JC Penny , Adidas , Nike , ..... "
