  • Certified as a 200 hours yoga teacher for Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga styles from Akshi Yogashala School, Rishikesh, India, in October 2016.
  • Working as a yoga teacher since January 2017 in well-known gyms and yoga studios in Cairo.
  • Completed the 500 hours of yoga teacher training in 2018 from Akshi Yogashala School, Rishikesh, India, for the same yoga styles, plus yoga therapy.
  • Instructed students in breathing, meditation and yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility. Expanded knowledge of anatomy, alignment principles, and sequencing through continuous education and professional development opportunities.
  • Organized international yoga workshops, events led by international yoga teachers and therapists in Cairo.
  • I started the Yoga Tribe page on social media platforms, partnering with my sister, Yasmeen Alaa, to spread yoga awareness and arrange yoga retreats all over Egypt in 2018.
