• Managing three teams (10 members) including staff appraisals, disciplining and career development on annual basis in alignment with IT Operations Function objectives
• Serving about 1500 users in head office and 4000 users in projects inside and outside Egypt
• Define business needs in order to Identify technical requirements
• Setting plan, long-term and short-term goals for operations, setting annual budget, following up on its implementation and commitment to it
• Hire competent employees by utilizing proper screening and interview techniques
• Act as consultant for IT services to all organization subsidiaries and sister companies
• Develop and implement all systems of affiliated organizational units, including policies, procedures and work instructions
• Work with other IT functions to create IT security policies and procedures
