• Customer & Doctor Support
  Provide direct technical assistance to doctors and medical staff during equipment use.
  Deliver training sessions for healthcare professionals on proper device operation.
  Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve urgent issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting
  Record malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance activities in detail.
  Prepare technical reports for management, including recommendations for improvements or replacements.
• Quality Assurance & Development
  Ensure all orthopedic devices comply with medical safety standards.
  Suggest technical improvements and support after-sales services to strengthen customer trust.
