-Minimizing and solving any sort of claim or dispute in an appropriate manner for all parties.
-Guiding owners, operators, and clients to fix in the most optimum ports in terms of cost savings, efficiency, and quality.
-Negotiating market levels to assist clients, parallel to realizing our objectives, volumes, and margins.
-Identifying new business opportunities and actively working on acquiring new clients.

-Maintaining full awareness of Egyptian & international bunker markets, bunker industry new regulations, and any related changes, as well as conditions of supplies in different ports.
