This project is executing Infrastructure works for the industrial zone East Port Said for the benefit of the Economic Authority for the Suez Canal, (6 Billion EGP)

*Sewer network of corrugated HDPE pipes 20 Km length

* Water network of solid HDPE pipes 23 Km length.

*Irrigation network of solid HDPE pipes 27 Km length

* Force main network of solid HDPE pipes 20.5 Km length

* Make soil Improvement under pipe lines.

* Implement Soil Improvement at Roads crossing &U-turns by using controlled modulus columns (CMC) with Dia.60cm and variable depths.

* Implement Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) For HDPE Pipes Dia.1400&1200&800mm.

* Mass Soil Mixing for very soft clay soil.

• Construction of Quay Wall at East Port Said-phase 1.

· 286 Driven Steel pipes with diameter 2,030 mm, depth 68 m.

· 286 steel sheet piles with width 1400 mm, depth 31 m.

· Execution of 1144 Bored Piles of Diameter 1,200 mm, 69 m depth & 572 CFA piles of diameter 600 mm,16 m deep.

· Capping Beams, Transverse Girders & slabs 1000 LM by 35 m wide.

· Cranes Rails, Fenders and Bollards installation.

· Pile load testing on working piles.

• Construction of New Asyut Barrage and Hydropower Plant.
• Project Background: The New Asyut Barrage across the Nile River consists of: Hydropower Plant with 4 bulb turbines 32 MW, Sluiceway with 8 radial gates with discharge 7000 m3/sec, Double Navigation Locks (220 m length and 17 m width), Right and left closure dyke (3.5 km length), Public Road bridge, River bed protection, Diversion canal, Rehabilitation of the existing head regulators and Service buildings.
  The reinforced concrete quantity was 380,000 m3. The earthworks quantities were 5,000,000m3.
  - The Barrage was constructed under five contracts - Civil Works, Hydro-mechanical Equipment, Bulb Turbines and Generators, Electrical Equipment, and Transmission Line, in full accordance with Egyptian environmental laws and international guidelines.

• Site Civil Construction Works for foundation, flat slabs, electric transformer rooms, infrastructure works for city.

• Site Civil Construction Works for Aswan school.
