  • Administration of the entire tendering and contracts management process from both technical and commercial sides which including tender specifications, bill of quantities, pricing, contract conditions, and tender submission for multiple countries under different scale of projects.
  • Managed a team encompassing 3 Engineers & 18 Qualified Jointers for the installation of cable accessories of 66kV , 132kV & 220kV .
  • Worked closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to achieve sales targets
  • Actively involved in conducting a study regarding expected annual target for cable accessories in the QATAR market
  • Organize meeting with suppliers/vendors for final negotiation and placed purchase orders of the items not manufactured in-house during the procurement stage and after completing the formalities
