Responsibilities:
- Partner with the suppliers through frequent visits, maintain proper communication channel to achieve company objectives (cost - -
- Reduction, on time delivery, right product...etc.) on core business scale
- choose best payment and delivery condition with ref. to customer PO and supplier lead time. - Analyze & Monitor trends in company spending to make recommendations for the future
- Evaluate suppliers by product quality, reliability, delivery, price, suppliers and business stability.
- Manage open order with supplier concerning the payment terms, schedule pick up date & the SHPT shipment Documentation. - Resolve raised issues related to order fulfillment.
- Manage transport activities to guarantee best price, time and quality of service.
- Manage all demo & return operations cycles.
- Ensure compliance with vendor policies and procedures.
- Evaluate shipping process and supplier performance and take proactive steps to enhance received services. (From Supplier staging area to customs zone).
- Develop / enhance key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the order management activities.
- Interview, select, coach, train, manage, and appraise the performance of purchasing personnel.
- Partner with the customs brokers through maintaining proper communication channel to achieve company objectives (cost saving, reduce clearance time...etc.).
- Minimize landed cost to achieve best contribution to corporate total margin.
- Develop / enhance and communicate inventory management policies and procedures.
- Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to inventory management operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory movements using manual or computerized inventory systems.
- Qualify Allocate and sign competent outsourcing service providers.
- Review and compile inventory reports (quantity, type and value of materials, and equipment and stock on hand.) - Issue annual inventory record in cooperation with accountant department for external audit.
- Gain up to date the latest inventory management and material handling tools, technology and procedures.
- Monitor & report insurance coverage for warehouse and stock items.
- Develop /enhance key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operations.
- Interview, select, coach, train, manage, and appraise the performance of inventory management personnel.
ª selling spare parts of commercial vehicles (buses, trucks etc …..)Outside Egypt ( Sudan – Algeria –Tunisia – Nigeria – Saudi
Arabia – Dubai – Qatar – Kuwait – Denmark – Russia- etc…. ) To individuals or companies.
ª Responsible for the stock controlling of outside Egypt branches (Dubai, Sudan & Algeria).
ª Responsible for preparing budget for export section.
ª Responsible about all shipping activities (air, sea).
ª Responsible for choosing spare parts lists for warranty for any new export buses or trucks.
