Command-and-control Centre’s Audio/visual systems for, such as

- Video systems

- Audio systems

- Digital signage systems

JOB Responsability :-

1- Planning and Provision of Technical Requirements for concerned stakeholders and providing Innovation & new solutions.

a) Responsible for managing the analyzing technical requirements which sent from all telecom Egypt units and Entities within the mentioned Scope of work and Responsible for managing the sites survey to provide technical specifications

b) Responsible for design of ELV systems, Critical safety systems, , firefighting/alarming, civil infrastructure of data centers and command and audio/visual systems of control centres for Datacenters and design of Physical & electronic security for all critical locations and in accordance with company’s strategic plan

c) Managing and supervise the study technologies & energy efficient solution in order to Reduce OPEX, Reduce carbon footprint, Increase energy effectiveness and Focus on green solutions & sustainability

d) Management of strategies formulation and continuous updating of technical specifications and ensuring their compliance with the highest standards (TIA 942, BICSI, NFPA, ISO 270001), and coordinating and cooperating well with the cyber insurance department to ensure compatibility of ELV systems with cyber security standards

2- Tendering and procurement procedures

Supervise and manage the concerned team to review the Design drawing and lead the fight with bidder to avail final solution in timely and cost-effective manner and Supervise the concerned team to provide technical evaluation and define final BOQ, spare parts and SLA during warranty and m maintenance duration and manage the team to provide financial evaluation and vendor awarding

3- Developing vendor performance reports

Handle vendor management to avoid any Handle technical conflicts with vendor and develop vendor performance reports based on the assigned KPIs

4- Execution, Implementing, projects delivering and acceptance test in accordance with the approved specifications, timelines, budgets, Risk assessment and quality standards.

a) Supervise and follow up the site handover without any obstacles to start the protects

b) Plan and manage all installation activities.

c) Supervise and manage the team to review the work shop drawing (WSD) with the awarded vendor and ensure the conformity with the design drawing

d) Tack the process with the time to finalize the credence of material submittals, material inspection requests and long lead items delivery

e) Plan and manage all project schedule, progress reports, work breakdown and installation activities list and Follow up with the concerned team and awarded vendor

f) Diagnosing breakdown problems and project risks and discuss with the awarded vendor the mitigation plan and corrective actions

g) handling over the project to the operation and maintenance sector (acceptance tests - As-built drawings, catalogues & warranty documents)

h) Assuring all H&S guidelines are followed with 0 fatalities.

i) Managing the execution of all projects with their full scope of work, including preparing a timeline for each project individually in accordance with Company's time plan. Identifying execution impediments, assessing project risks, and providing immediate and effective solutions for implementation in alignment with the project schedule.

5- Financial, budget & control.

Prepare budget rounds all over the year starting from submission until final closing and Track the financial invoice and oversee the budget for the projects and provide monthly /yearly financial progress report to top management.

6- Development and training of team work.

Developing and implementing training strategies to enhance the technical and administrative skills of the team work to keep pace with developments in the fields of work, in coordination with the training sector, and monitoring performance evaluation indicators for department managers, department heads, engineers, specialists, and technicians.

7- Compliance review vs. procedures and policies.

follow up performance and Supervise all staff (Engineers & technicians)

8- Compliance audit of operational procedures and instructions as company strategy.

Auditing of operational procedures and instructions, Assign smart KPIs as per company strategy and Review of operational procedures and instructions compliance

9- Audit of safety, quality, and environmental procedures and training compliance and prevent Cost of lost time due to injuries from safety accidents and preventable errors.

Health, Safety and Environment, Ensuring compliance with all procedures, instructions, and controls related to safety, quality, and the environment, so that employee safety, product/service quality, and environmental compliance can be ensured.

10- Head of technical area committee

a) Collect and analyses the technical area in all telecom Egypt building to fulfilment the needs for strategic project of technical affair

b) Manage and coordinate closely between all stockholders to Acquire the new area for new technical affair ‘s projects

3. Responsible for organization and arrangement from strategic plane to Day-To-Day operation.

4. Coordination between all parties to provide all power, footprint and HVAC requirement.

6. Coordination between all parties to provide Building management system requirement.

7. Responsible for preparation RFP of BMS for LTE data center

8. Responsible for preparation RFP of surveillance system for LTE data center

9. Responsible for preparation RFP of datacenter installation

10. Responsible for preparation RFP of BMS and surveillance system for LTE RANs.

11. Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core and RANs installation.

12. Responsible for space management in LTE data center

13. Responsible for facility management with effective manner

14. Coordination between vendor and product manager to fulfillment E2E services.
