Key Responsibilities:
Case Investigation & Legal Proceedings:

Lead criminal investigations in collaboration with law enforcement agencies.
Collect, review, and analyze evidence to build strong cases against accused individuals.
Interview witnesses, victims, and suspects to gather necessary legal information.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures during investigations and trials.
Court Representation & Prosecution:

Prepare legal arguments and represent the state in criminal courts.
Present cases before judges, cross-examine witnesses, and argue motions.
Ensure that appropriate legal actions are taken against offenders, seeking justice for victims.
Work on appeals and provide legal recommendations for higher courts when needed.
Legal Compliance & Public Interest Protection:

Ensure all prosecutions adhere to the Palestinian legal framework, including criminal laws and procedural codes.
Uphold human rights and fair trial principles while prosecuting cases.
Prevent wrongful convictions by thoroughly examining evidence and legal provisions.
Coordination & Advisory Role:

Work closely with police, forensic experts, and judicial bodies to support investigations.
Provide legal advice to law enforcement agencies regarding case procedures and charges.
Recommend policy improvements for criminal justice reform in Palestine.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:

Maintain accurate case records, reports, and legal documents.
Draft legal opinions, motions, and case summaries for court use.
Participate in professional training, workshops, and legal conferences.

• 1. Legal Representation & Advocacy
  Represent clients in Palestinian courts, including civil, criminal, administrative, and family courts.
  Advocate for clients before judges, opposing lawyers, and government authorities.
  Prepare and present legal arguments, motions, and appeals in court.
  2. Legal Consultation & Advisory Services
  Provide legal advice to individuals, businesses, NGOs, and government entities.
  Draft contracts, agreements, wills, and other legal documents.
  Advise clients on their rights and obligations under Palestinian law.
  3. Criminal Law & Defense
  Defend individuals accused of crimes in Palestinian courts.
  Work with prosecutors, judges, and law enforcement in criminal cases.
  Ensure fair trial rights and prevent wrongful convictions.
  4. Civil & Commercial Law
  Handle disputes related to contracts, property, family law (marriage, divorce, inheritance), and labor law.
  Represent businesses in commercial disputes, intellectual property cases, and contract enforcement.
  5. Human Rights & Public Interest Law
  Defend human rights and advocate for victims of human rights violations.
  Work with international organizations to document legal abuses.
  Provide legal aid to refugees, detainees, and vulnerable populations.
  6. Administrative & Governmental Law
  Represent clients in cases against government agencies or municipal bodies.
  Challenge administrative decisions that violate laws or constitutional rights.
  Assist in legal reforms and policy advocacy.
  7. Arbitration & Mediation
  Settle disputes through negotiation, arbitration, and mediation instead of litigation.
  Work with parties to resolve conflicts efficiently.
