• Study the tender documents to take the project details into consideration and send the queries to the consultant.
• Communicate with the suppliers/subcontractors to obtain the technical and financial offers that fulfill the project's requirements.
• Negotiate with the suppliers/subcontractors to minimize the prices and coordinate the payment terms and then select the most appropriate one.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Quantity survey for all items.
• Prepare technical and financial offers.

• Created, printed and modified drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure.
• Attended team meetings to resolve technical and project issues and review project schedules.
• Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD technicians and drafters.
