  • Troubleshooting any problematic sites that are related to the radio team or any operational issues to meet the network KPIs
  • Monitor the performance of new sites based on reports (% Call Setup Success, % Handover failures, %Drop Calls etc.)
  • Doing analysis for each case & proceeding in its solution by either opening TT to the assigned team or sending a proposal solution to the customer radio team
  • Follow up all detected cases all over the project till their recovery & being back to their normal KPIs.
