• Studying the project brief received from the development prior to the kickoff meeting with all relevant stakeholders.
• Managing the entire design process starting from the pre-concept stage, until reaching the construction stage.
• Monitoring and controlling the design process with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviewing the design packages to ensure that the design is within the allocated budget and meets the vision outlined in the project brief.
• Verifying that the design is abiding by all the local codes and regulations.
• Tracking the permits process to obtain the required permits within the approved time frame.
• Managing all consultants participating in the project to ensure alignment between all parties.
• Participating in workshops post construction.

• Study the scope of work and share the project brief with the technical team.
• Review the contract documents;
  General and particular conditions, drawings, codes and reports at each stage to ensure completeness and compliance with the scope of work, client requirements and the best practices.
• Establish the time schedule and setting out the time frame for delivering the project.
• Coordination with other multinational consultants and attending workshops.
• Coordinate between all disciplines in each design stage.
• Attend meetings with the client in order to discuss the progress of the project and the areas of concern and any obstacles that need to be resolved.
