• Participate to 4M review for Quality before start of Installation and T&C
• Ensure of adequate level of quality for FAT, Equipment Installation, T&C
• Problem solving prevents the occurrence of potential defects
• Report cost of non-quality (CONQ) and collect it as support for PM
• Ensure that subcontractors perform tests and inspections according to the QC plan or ITP
• Conduct on site quality issues investigations and analysis
• Ensure and follow that all tools are calibrated on time
• Perform regular audits and follow resolution of actions in place
• Make sure that all site quality documents are achieved and controlled in the right place, like ITRs, Method statements, test reports, checklists, etc
• Control all reserves come from customer FAT, inspections or testing and follow up with the team the action plans
• Participate in closing all open items for snag lists regarding FAT - PICO test - SAT test
• Support project manager and sub system installation managers to follow the quality of the supplier's activities
• Create, maintain, and implement site quality control procedures and work instructions, inspection checklist
• As applicable, assist in reviewing statements, inspection/ test plans (ITP) in close cooperation with relevant department and QM management
• Collecting and compiling statistical quality data to generate quality reports at predefined frequencies
• Highlight and report any unauthorized/undocumented site changes and initiate the change request process
• Coordinate and work closely with all interested parties including but not limited to site/installation team/project consultants to carry out site activities inspection according to approved method statements and ITPs, highlight any deviation, discrepancies and/or nonconforming activities and report it to quality manager and involved department
• Obtain and verify the quality records and maintain it in a traceable, easily retrievable and safe manners
• Maintain a proper log for the records
• Responsible for Hand over the Guideway beams at EON Line from Orascom construction to Alstom
• Responsible for Interface and coordination between Civil contractors and Alstom Sub systems for the main line / Stations / Depot
• Handover the Depot Building, Technical rooms, Track switches, manholes and ducts
• Following the installation activities in sites for all systems related (power rail-power supply)
• Verify the quality records in a traceable, retrievable, and safe manner and maintain a proper log for the records
• Developed comprehensive quality assurance plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• OPC functional scope: Key management principles of construction related activities to project management
• The main mission of the OPC cell is to manage all construction related activities between different parties, arbitrate conflicts on a day-to-day basis and escalate on time to minimize impact due to any potential issues, quality, and delivery whenever necessary
• Monitoring all site monorail Subsystems activities (Power supply, AFC &Scada, power Rail, SIG, Telecommunication, Depot equipment, LV, Platform screen doors) starting from reviewing Engineering method of statement, checking material till SAT test and H/O to T/C and T/O
• OPC leads subsystems to deliver the project on time according to project specifications
• Act as the point of contact in communicating projects' status to all participants, including reporting site progress and issues to the business unit director, as well as following up on outstanding issues until closure
• Monitoring the site activities and ensure that the execution complies with specification of the project, approved shop drawing, applicable codes and standards
• Participate to Quality review (4M) to ensure Manpower, Material, means (Plant & Tools) Method are available on site and validate to start installation

• Agree and close with CW partner and / or sub-systems any gap within scope of work
• Liaise with external stakeholders and get agreement on site interface issues (sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities and neighbors)
• Attend progress reviews of the construction drawings of each subsystem and CW
• Highlight any specific needs regarding the documentation required for execution
• Review of deliverables list, internal and client submission dates of drawings with Project Technical Manager
• Coordinate with Project Technical Manager updates of detailed delivery planning
• Escalate potential risks and delay of documentation delivery to Project Technical Manager
