  • The main mission of the OPC cell is to manage all construction related activities between different parties, arbitrate conflicts on a day-to-day basis and escalate on time to minimize impact due to any potential issues, quality, and delivery whenever necessary

1- I successfully managed and delivered the Cairo Monorail Systems, overseeing various subsystems, including Power Supply, AFC & SCADA, Power Rail, Signaling, Telecom, Depot Equipment, LV, and Platform Screen Doors.
