- I work now as a procurement engineer for 6 mega projects at elkhalil construction as it is a sister company for new plan developments, i work on (Atika, Serrano, Talah) which are residential projects with high end finishing, also i work on (Eleven mall) which is a commercial building with levels and 2 basements also with high end finishing all this projects are in the new administrative capital, also i work on a project called Eclat which is divided into 2 parts (Maroom hotel and a residential part with a very large lagoon) also i work on a cinema and theatre in portsaid owned to new plan developments. However i prepare bidder lists with the needed subcontractors, i prepare comparison sheets and negotiate with the subcontractors about their prices, and breakdown each item in the boq to get the best and final price, i check drawings and specs, i prepare contracts and POs, i have a very high communication skills.
