I was also assigned the responsibility to implement the new Distribution model restructure nation-wide. A strategic project that leveled the
activations of the company to 4 times higher.
Establish the corner-stone for the Enterprise channel as a temp assignment for 6 months until hiring the Head of Enterprise channel
Develop and manage all process and procedures for all sales channels.
Provide operational support to all sales channels, establish and manage reporting mechanism, manage supply chain as well as handling communication and project management for the whole sales channel
Manage supply chain function and ensure product availability at all times
Handle selection of vendors and products specs
Control stocks and warehousing through third party or through own warehouse
Develop and manage processes of logistics and supply chain
Set the strategic directions for the back-office support for all channels in terms of Communication, systems, process and procedures, reporting, project and initiatives management, etc…
Budget control and meeting budgeted objectives of the sales department
Manage after sales support and develop strategic plans maintenance
Co-manage all channels operations day-in day-out including retail, distribution and corporate channel
Help setting the strategies and tactical activities of the different channels and the sales department
Represent sales department in all company initiatives with different departments like marketing, finance, technical, etc…
