- Enter every department in the company and delve into the details of processes, systems, and technicalities.

- Question different members of the department and other departments linked to it to get feedbacks on the operations.

- Get familiar with the current system that each department is working on.

- Highlight problems in the current system through employees feedback and observation of the department's operations.

- Work with managers on new system to be implemented that solves the problems highlighted and prevent any future problems from emerging.

The COP27 is a global UN conference that highlights the environmental crisis and it's being held in Sharm el Sheikh during the month of November, 2022.

- I was chosen as a volunteer for this event, helping in the GCM staff.

- I took training lessons to prepare me for challenges that I may face during the conference.

It was a freelancing job. One of Cottonil Franchise holders has built his own private business and wanted to create an online department for his lingerie business. I was the one responsible for this job. I reorganized his categories and products in one document, created a website for the online store, and planned the process for creating the online department. I also taught the employees how the new system that we planned works.

• The company needed a sales moderator who can monitor inventories and products in the branches, conduct a report on the performance of the products in every branch and the performance of the branches and their sales, and applying ideas that aim towards increasing sales and achieving sales targets
