Tasks Assigned:-

1- Execute and submit Infrastructure work (Installation of 7 km Force main line 2,500 mm Carbon Steel, GRP Pipes) – 9 Pipes.

2- Execute Micro tunneling though the construction of 4 Jacking and receiving chambers

3- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

4- Managing site Subcontractors, workmanship, and resources.

5- Reviewing and following up the time schedule.

6- Reviewing and approving contractor invoices.

7- Preparing site reports

Project:-

1- Zahraa El Mokattam 220/22 KV GIS Substation

Tasks Assigned:-

1- Execute & submit all construction, plumbing and finishing works.

2- Surveying works.

3- Reviewing workshop drawings submitted from the subcontractor prior to submit to Consultant.

4- Managing site workmanship and resources.

5- Coordinate works between all subcontractors (MEP – Civil).

6- Reviewing quantities surveying for all invoices.

Attending meetings with consultant and owner.

Project:-

Infrastructure works for Dar Masr (Compound) 6-of October

Task Assigned:-

1- Supervise on all civil and infrastructure works.

2- Shop drawing reviewing and approving.

3- Monitoring and follow up the progress of the project and reporting to the client.

4- Technical assistance to the contractor.

5- Reviewing and following up the time schedule.

6- Reviewing and approving contractor invoices.

7- To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.

Projects:-

1. Wastewater Networks for Ninety-Seven (97) villages using centralized sanitation system

2. Four (4) New Central Wastewater Treatment Plants

3. Wastewater Networks for Thirty (30) villages using decentralized sanitation system

4. Fourteen (14) Decentralized Wastewater Treatment Plants

Tasks Assigned:-

1- Coordination between the foreigner and Egyptian partners and engineers.

2- Establish and maintain time schedules for the construction works

3- Design of sewerage networks using different software (sewercad, excel), and forcemain and preparation of drawings including layouts and profiles.

4- Planning for the disbursement and procurement.

5- Preparation of the project management follow up and QC/QA templates.

6- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual progress reports.

7- Preparation of work plans either for consultancy services or for construction works.
