1- Capacity dimensioning of the charging system.

• Providing forecast for the expected future changes to utilization of all charging system nodes.
• Monitoring utilization of all charging servers and planning actions for efficient traffic distribution over all servers.

2-Full scope implementation of OEG charging system expansion and modernization.

• Preparing networking/connectivity and infrastructure requirements of charging system nodes with cooperation with OEG network and infrastructure departments.
• Installation, configuration and integration of all recently introduced servers OCCs, SDPs, AIRs, etc.
• Planning the upgrades of charging system nodes.

3- Interfacing with OEG charging system vendors (Ericsson, Asset, Hypercell), for any operational issues or potential enhancements to the charging system.

• Continuous assessment of features proposed by the vendors and assessing their impact on the existing setup.
• Taking discussions with vendors about solutions to potential problems like how to improve availability and minimizing the chances of downtime.

4- Full operational ownership of OEG charging testing environment.

• Maintaining the availability of the testing environment.
• Full responsibility of implementing any upgrades.
• Full ownership of the testing infrastructure.

• Main responsibility was the delivery of business/commercial requirements through charging system administration role.

1- Rating development: Configuration of different rating scenarios on SDP (responsible for rating of customers) based on a lot of factors like (Subscriber tariff, installed offers, location based rating for international/roaming consumption, etc.).

2- Refill/Recharge: Development of Various refill scenarios (Voucher based/Voucherless refills) in combination with different use cases (Refill and Renew, Refill triggered gifts, subscriber life cycle changes, etc.).

3- Orchestrating flows: Development of orchestration workflow on CF (Charging flow node at OEG) which acts as a charging system gateway to external systems, through which customer's eligibility for a certain action (eg. subscription for a bucket/offer or migration of tariff etc.) is determined and hence a workflow is executed to prepare the dial for the requested action.

4- Policy control: Development of Policy and quality of service rules on PCRF, which is responsible for throttling and speed control, (eg, when a customer is subscribed to unlimited internet and should be throttled after finishing his quota).

• Responsible for installation and configuration of SAS software products like SAS Antimoney laundering software and SAS Fraud management.
• Operational ownership of SAS systems at client organizations.
