• Conducting contractual negotiations with the Client, under the direct authority of the Project Manager, as the main and focal point of Commercial works with the Client/Engineer.
• Implementing project specific commercial procedures particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, variation requests/orders preparation files.
• Aligning the commercial interests and resolving conflicts to achieve Project’s commercial approach.
• Drafts appropriate contractual, commercial terms and conditions to best serve and protect Company's interests.
• Assessing the commercial claims for the variations and issuing the variation orders for the Employer's approval in accordance with the Contractual procedures.
• Review architectural plans and review/prepare quantitative needs. BOQ setting follow up with the consultant all the approvals for the quantities Receiving and restricting all supplies.
• Supervise the team studying the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
• Preparing sub-contractor bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and construction work.
• Review & prepare the monthly subcontractor's invoices.
• Responsible for the civil-arch works measurement and valuation of variations in the works during the contract for agreement of interim payment and the final accounts.
• Review the project schedule and commit to the milestones.
• Coordinate Architectural and structural drawings and check if any RFI needed to be sent to the consultant.
• Setting the Technical Tasks Schedules for the months and weeks.
• Setting Technical Tasks to the Team and Deadlines.
• Follow up the Team Daily Reports.
• Preparing the RFIs and RFPs if needed.
• Follow up the Shop drawings and related documents.
• Making abstracts for subcontractors, while tallying the relevant quantities.
• Continuous follow-up for site’s quantities, supplies, and installations in the implementation.
