- Handle the strategic planning for the 3 sectors (Apparel, Textile and Home Textiles), responsible for the implementation of the promotional program including trade fairs, outbound missions and buyers’ visits
- Responsible for executing and monitoring the programs and services provided to the three sectors managing including Export readiness and Market Intelligence
- Manage and execute Destination Africa B2B matchmaking events from 2016, matching Egypt suppliers with the top buyers around the world
- Identify and prepare Target Sales hit list for the 3 sectors’ exporters, and the potential buyers for participation in the scheduled events prior to the event date
- Monitor all applied marketing strategies to ensure reaching the target on both ends (exhibitors/ buyers) with enough time prior to event’s date
- Responsible for booking the exhibitions spaces through the organizing bodies and service providers
- Design the booths and display mechanisms based on the approved/ selected design theme and strategy
- Marketing and promoting Egyptian industry exports
- Communicate with potential Consultants/ECS offices around the world to invite the targeted buyers
- Follow up prior and during and after the events’ execution that targets were reached, and that both exporters and buyers got their goals achieved and prepare learning track for next events/ trade fairs to come
- Prepare an annual development plan for the sector
- Responsible for the implementation of the promotional programs including trade fairs, trade missions abroad, buyers in-bound missions
- Identify the gaps and problems affecting the growth of the sectors and act as a solution provider
- Prepare detailed estimate budgets for international activities i.e: trade fairs, trade missions and workshops
- Work closely with the Export Councils, EDA, ECS, and all other Governmental and non – Governmental entities to ensure that country’s strategy is applied and targets that were planned for were achieved through the work plan
- Responsible for developing new contacts for the three sectors working on, and increasing the database of potential buyers from all target countries
