Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Responsible for the yearly recruitment plan and its implementation in coordination with the department heads and the GM.
  • Responsible for all the hiring process starting from posting the job vacancy, screening & selecting the proper candidates, conducting the required interviews, preparing the Job offers & the employment contracts
  • Responsible for the new hires orientation program and supervise their probation period.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate with the managers and employees to identify the training needs and set the yearly training plan based on the employees needs in collaboration with the line managers.
  • Responsible for implementing and arranging the training procedures according to the plan and provides trainings offers relevant to the employees’ and managers’ needs.
  • Coordinate the outsource trainings reservation and responsible for organizing the in-house trainings.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Responsible for the employee’s evaluation of performance cycle and conduct awareness session as needed, especially, when new amendments are introduced.
  • Announce the dates of the evaluation sessions and communicate with the employees to submit their evaluation on time according to the Performance Evaluation Procedure.
  • Responsible for consolidating the whole process and following up the needed actions such as the performance areas of improvements and prepare the action plan, training needs and salary reflections.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll.
  • Handle and ensure all employee’s medical claims and requirements and deal with the medical insurer, in addition to their accident insurance.

Communication & Engagement:

  • Submit a monthly report to the GM on the HR department work’s progress.
  • Organize the Quarter Business update meeting.
  • Responsible for designing and circulating the Bulletin Board quarterly.
  • Implement and organize the annual activities which take place every quarter where employees interact together outside the work atmosphere.

System:

  • Setting the department Policies & Procedures and maintain its application and implementation.
  • Maintain the HR Data Base and regularly update the personnel information (soft and hard copies).
  • Maintain personnel filing system to ensure that documentation is easily accessible.
  • Responsible for managing all the employment contracts (Renewals/non-Renewals) and prepare the end of year Employment Status Report.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administrative Activities:

  • Following the ISO procedures and assures its implementation performance by applying the Admin Manual in the office and updating the admin log sheet regularly.
  • Setup, coordinate meetings logistics and distribute meeting agendas and minutes of meeting.
  • Handling the office Petty cash.
  • Responsible for submitting the admin monthly budget and report to the direct manager.

Travel and Logistics:

  • Setup travel arrangements such as (handling visa issuance, Air tickets, Accommodation…).
  • Responsible for the events and the meeting’s arrangements held by the company.

Procurement Process:

  • Responsible for receiving service & Material requests from all the departments and implementing the purchasing process system and assures choosing the best quotation with cheapest rate and best payment terms.
  • Follow up on the orders delivery and payments in coordination with the Finance Department.

Shipping Logistics:

  • Responsible for the shipping logistics for all the international shipments (Export/Import).
