  • Prepare the annual business plan in cooperation with the assigned bank partner and assume responsibility of the overall planning process with the bank team and other related internal departments.
  • Cooperate with the Finance Department in setting bank annual business plans and expense budget.
  • Actively assess from time to time the quality and the success of the assigned relationship which include and is not limited to bottom line results, products’ profitability, and efficiency of processes in close cooperation with Market Management, Operations and Finance.
  • Operational Responsibilities.
  • Assess opportunities in assigned Banc assurance relationship for cross- and up-selling.
  • Proactively seek and probe for potential growth, potential threats from competitions as well as any business opportunities within assigned bank partner.
  • Establish a structured communication and reporting with bank partner according to business requirements and customer’s expectations.
  • Ensure timely registration of Banc assurance agents with supervisory authorities and the Agency Services Unit of AZ Egypt.
  • Train and develop suitable area managers and ensure efficient utilization of their time and resources.
  • Contribute in the development; communication and assessment of assigned sales force KPI’s.
  • Reporting and Internal Communication.
  • Establish a set of regular reports in accordance with expectations of the HBA and the CSO, which includes but is not limited to production figures, bottom line contribution, management of expenses and exceptional business cases worth to be reported during periods under review.
  • Ensure timely and seamless communication with other departments in the company that contribute to the performance of Banc assurance, especially Operations, Finance, Agency Services and IT.
  • Carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
